This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-driven real estate intelligence platform, mobile applications, and website (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, a nickname, profile picture, and phone number.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect data about your interactions with our AI (e.g., chat history, property search queries) to improve our models and provide personalized real estate insights.
  • Location Data: When you choose automatic detection at sign-in, we determine your approximate (city-level) location from your device's location services or, if that is unavailable or declined, from your network (IP) address. You can instead enter your city manually. We use your city to provide local market analysis.
  • Payment Information: Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google). We do not store your full card details; we receive and store your subscription status and billing identifiers so we can manage your plan.
  • Investment Preferences: If you fill in the optional investment profile (e.g., budget, target return, preferred property types), we store it to personalize your analyses.
  • Referral Data: Your referral code and, if you signed up through an invitation, who referred you, so we can grant referral rewards.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the EstateQuant.ai platform.
  • Generate accurate AI-driven real estate ROI calculations and market trends.
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription tier (e.g., VIP access).
  • Send administrative emails, security alerts, and customer support messages.

4. Third-Party AI Services and Data Processing

Your questions, property addresses, and uploaded files are sent to OpenAI, our third-party AI provider, to generate your analyses. Under OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train OpenAI's models by default and may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

5. Account and Data Deletion Guide

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To request account deletion: (1) Open the EstateQuant.ai App or Web platform, navigate to Profile Settings, and tap 'Delete Account'; or (2) Email us directly at delete-account@estatequant.ai or info@EstateQuant.ai with the subject 'Account Deletion Request' from your registered email address. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account credentials, profile information, and chat history from our active databases within 30 days.
